5. Offspring - The first generation of descendants produced by an animal or plant.
6. Physical trait - characteristic that describes how you look
7. Acquired Traits - To develop after birth usually as a result of environmental forces. For example, dyed hair
8. Resemble - have qualities that are similar
9. Instinct – the ability to behave in a particular way that has not been learned
10. Carrier - Someone who has one recessive gene for a trait but doesn’t show it.
